During Off-Peak and Shoulder, refunds will only be given if you notify us of your cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, less a booking fee of $30.
After this time any deposit is forfeited.
During Peak season, the above conditions apply with 30 days notification of cancellation required. Refunds are not given if you decide to shorten your stay.
